Because this is a Private Trip (not combined with another group), the rate per person is determined by the number of participants in your group. The more participants there are (for example 5–6 people), the cheaper the price per person will be (starting from IDR 680,000/person). On the other hand, for private bookings of 1-2 people, the upper limit rate applies.
Yes, the climbing route from Paltuding Post to Ijen Crater Peak is about 3 km with a sandy dirt path that is quite wide and clear. The average travel time is 1.5 to 2 hours of leisurely walking. For those who are tired, there is also a paid trolley pushing service (Ijen taxi) available at the location.
A Health Certificate is a mandatory regulatory requirement from the management of the Ijen Crater National Park (BBKSDA Jatim) for the safety of climbers. You don't need to bother looking for a clinic, our team will help you arrange it officially—you just need to send a photo of your KTP before departure.
Gas masks and headlamps are exclude (not included). However, you can rent it very easily at the Ijen Crater Paltuding Post at an affordable price (around IDR 25,000 – IDR 50,000).
Can. You can request an upgrade to stop by the Wurung Crater destination or rent a Jeep 4x4 Safari Baluran for an additional fee when ordering.
