Types of Services

• Group Tour Package — Group travel with a minimum of 15 participants
• Family Tour Package — Family travel with child-friendly facilities
• Honeymoon Tour Package — Romantic travel for couples
• Open Trip — Shared travel with other participants
• Custom Trip — Travel based on special requests

3.1 Booking Procedure

• Bookings can be made via website, WhatsApp, or in person at our office
• Booking confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after DP payment
• Participant data must be complete and valid as per official identification

3.2 Payment

• Down Payment (DP): 30–50% of total price as deposit
• Full payment: Due by D-1 before departure
• Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, E-Wallet
• Proof of payment must be submitted for confirmation

3.3 Booking Deadlines

• Open Trip: At least D-7 before departure
• Private Trip: At least 14 days before departure
• Group/Custom: At least 21 days before departure

4.1 Cancellation by Participant

• >30 days before departure: 100% refund (minus 5% admin fee)
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• 8–14 days before departure: 25% refund
• <8 days before departure: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Piknik Enthusiast

• If minimum quota is not met (for Open Trip)
• Force Majeure (natural disaster, national emergency)
• Destination closure by government
• In such cases, participants receive a 100% refund or free reschedule

4.3 Refund Process

• Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
• Refund transferred to the same account used for payment

Reschedule Policy

• Reschedule requests must be submitted at least D-14 before departure
• Administrative fee of IDR 100,000 per participant applies
• Any price difference is the participant's responsibility
• Reschedule is only allowed once
• Participant data changes must be made by D-3 via WhatsApp admin

Participant Obligations

• Possess valid travel documents (ID/Passport)
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months for international travel
• Follow the schedule and instructions from the Tour Leader
• Take care of personal belongings
• Be responsible for personal health conditions
• Inform food allergies/special conditions by D-3
• Comply with regulations at tourist destinations
• Do not bring prohibited/dangerous items

What We Guarantee

• Accommodation as stated in the package
• Transportation according to the agreed schedule
• Experienced and professional tour guides
• 24-hour emergency service during travel

What We Are Not Liable For

• Loss of participants' personal belongings
• Medical costs for pre-existing health conditions
• Delays caused by airlines or third parties
• Losses due to participants violating laws at the destination
• Additional costs due to force majeure
• Weather changes affecting the travel schedule

Document Requirements

• Passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date
• Visa as required by the destination country
• International travel insurance (mandatory for some packages)
• Proof of funds as required by the embassy
• Health certificate if required by the destination

Visa Assistance

• We can assist with visa processing as a paid additional service
• Visa rejection is not the responsibility of Piknik Enthusiast

Participant Rights

• Receive services as per the purchased package
• Receive complete itinerary information
• Receive emergency assistance during travel
• Submit complaints and receive a response within 3 business days
• Receive refund according to the cancellation policy
• Receive travel documentation (photos/videos) if included in the package

Piknik Enthusiast Rights

• Modify itinerary for the safety and comfort of participants
• Replace accommodation with equivalent class in case of force majeure
• Cancel travel if minimum quota is not met
• Remove participants who violate regulations from the group
• Use travel documentation photos/videos for promotional purposes

Data Usage

• Participants' personal data will be kept confidential
• Data is only used for travel administration purposes
• Will not be shared with third parties without consent
• Documentation photos/videos may be used for promotion (unless written objection is made)
